This article explains how the timestamped commenting feature works and how you can enable it for your videos. Users can leave timestamped emojis and comments on videos, facilitating video collaboration and review processes.
Using this new feature, users can react and add comments at a specific part of the video and allow others to respond to the comments. Time-stamped emojis allow you to collect feedback in a fun and animated way.
Steps for turning on time-stamped comments:
- Once you are logged in to your account, go to Pages and select the landing page you’d like the time-stamped commenting feature on.
- Click Edit Page.
- Navigate to the “Comments” section and check off “Enable Comments” (You can check off “Allow anonymous comments” if you want your viewers to leave comments without having to log into their Cincopa account).
- Click Done.
Steps for leaving time-stamped comments on the videos:
- Go to Media Library and select a video you’d like to collaborate with others on.
- Click on the share icon and select the landing page for which this feature is enabled. Click on the URL to preview your page or click Copy URL to copy the URL to your clipboard.
- You can leave time-stamped comments and emojis on your videos!
Other collaborators can address your comment and reply directly in the thread.
